Equipping Leaders for Ministry

We believe the local church is strengthened when pastors and leaders are equipped with sound biblical teaching and practical ministry training.

Through Bible Institutes, T4T (Training for Trainers) church-planting courses, leadership workshops, water-filter training, and other ministry opportunities, we seek to prepare believers to serve their churches and communities faithfully.

Our desire is to see leaders rooted in the Word of God and equipped to disciple others in their own communities.

Medical Clinics

In partnership with ministries from the United States and in coordination with the Ministry of Health in Panama, medical clinics are brought to remote communities where access to healthcare may require many hours of hiking.

Through these clinics, medical care and spiritual ministry are offered side by side as we seek to serve both physical and spiritual needs.

Jesus ministered with compassion to the whole person, and we desire to follow His example by serving communities with both practical help and the hope of the Gospel.

“Praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
Acts 2:47

Community transformation

True transformation begins with the Gospel. As lives are changed through Christ and local churches are strengthened, communities are impacted spiritually, relationally, and practically.

As we serve throughout Panama, we seek to come alongside churches and communities by responding to practical needs while continuing to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples.

Some of these projects include:

  • Church construction

  • Water filter projects

  • Bible distribution

  • School supplies

  • Ministry in women’s correctional facilities

  • Community outreach initiatives

Our desire is not simply to provide temporary assistance, but to encourage lasting transformation through the truth of God’s Word and the strengthening of local churches.

DISCIPLESHIP

Discipleship is more than simply teaching biblical knowledge. It is walking alongside others, helping them grow in their relationship with Christ, and encouraging them to faithfully follow Him in everyday life.

We believe the mission of the Church is not only to evangelize, but also to make disciples who will continue making disciples in their own communities.

True discipleship requires time, sacrifice, and intentional relationships rooted in God’s Word. This is what we as the Church are called to do.

Help us continue equipping believers to grow in their faith and share the Gospel with others.

Supporting Local Missionaries

Local Missionaries

National pastors and ministry leaders work together with MG Panama to serve remote communities and strengthen local churches throughout Panama.

Many faithfully serve in difficult areas, often traveling long distances to minister to communities with limited access to biblical teaching and discipleship.

Through prayer, encouragement, and financial support, we seek to come alongside those serving on the front lines of ministry.
