This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world. It is bearing fruit everywhere by changing lives, just as it changed your lives from the day you first heard and understood the truth about God’s wonderful grace. Col 1:6
HACHA REPORT:
Hello, our brothers in Christ,
Hut to hut visits.
A few weeks ago, we did a mission trip to Hacha, and we are thankful to share that God has been moving in this village. Eight people have received Jesus in their hearts, and now there are more than thirteen believers. This is the fruit of many years of work — of those who sowed the seed, and now we are witnessing a time of harvest. The next challenge is discipleship.
Please pray that God continues to move in this village: for strength for those who will go, wisdom to teach, health to sustain them, and perseverance for the new believers.
We are excited because Hacha has always been a challenging place to work. But today we rejoice to see men who genuinely want to know more about Jesus, women eager to grow in Christ, and children beginning to understand who Jesus is. This is a blessing.
God has allowed us to participate in this challenging yet worthwhile work. We are only His servants, and all honor belongs to Him. We are happy to serve Him. We invite you to visit the video from this trip at https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=5&v=FtBSrw0Rqck&source_ve_path=Mjg2NjY
Report – Missionary Seminar (August 12–14)
From August 12 to 14, we had the privilege of gathering with the five missionaries who serve faithfully in various mountain regions and Spanish-speaking communities. For two full days, they received teaching on key points of biblical instruction, adding valuable tools to their “toolbox” for the beautiful service they offer to the Lord.
Beyond the classes, the missionaries also took time to reconnect with one another—sharing updates, encouraging each other, and lifting their hearts in prayer together. It was a precious time of fellowship in the Spirit.
This effort was made possible through the collaboration of MGPanama and IBAC (Biblical Institutes). We give glory to God for such an edifying and refreshing time, where His servants were strengthened to continue their mission.
To God be the glory!
Report – Biblical Institute in Teribe, Bocas del Toro
Today we began our sessions at the Biblical Institute in Teribe, located in the Comarca of Bocas del Toro Province. Although we had hoped to have all the participants present, some were unable to arrive due to various circumstances.
The topic covered was the second part of Methods of Bible Study and Principles of Interpretation. We completed the two points that were still pending: Interpretation and Application. We emphasized the importance of being careful observers, considering different perspectives to arrive at a correct interpretation of the text. As a result, we can properly apply biblical principles and commandments to our lives and ministry.
In conversation with one of the pastors, she shared how valuable these modules have been for them in their ministry. She explained that they have already been applying what they have learned so far and have begun to see changes in the way they read, understand, and teach the Word of God.
These are the wonderful works of the Lord. To Him be the glory!
With love,
David
May the peace of our God be with you, your family, and calling!!!!
